Step Four - Educate

Educate your Staff. Before your staff agrees to a training program, each staff member should be educated as to how the training course will be implemented. Upon deciding on a solution at the leadership level, we will work together with you to properly educate your staff.

Your staff will need to understand:

  • Course Overview
  • Time Commitments
  • Financial Commitments (if any on their part)
  • Logistical or Scheduling Factors
  • Corporate Expectations
  • Bilingual America Expectations

Educating your staff can be accomplished in several ways. They are:

  • In person in a seminar or "roundtable" format
  • By telephone conference call
  • A special Internet "Mini-site"
  • A PDF "White Paper"

Once your people are properly educated, they can then make final decisions as to whether or not they want to participate in the training process.
