Design the Solution. In this step we
design and agree to a solution for your corporate training needs.
By now, you may be wondering what we will propose. We won't know exactly
what the solution is, or will be, until we can speak together and discuss
both your "Goal Definition Worksheet" and your survey
results.
The solution that we propose to you will be covered in detail in a consultation
either by telephone or in person, whichever is most appropriate. You
can plan on around 45 minutes to one hour for that initial consultation
with you. Sometimes, due to multiple decision makers in some corporate
structures, it takes more than one meeting together.
We believe that if the goal is to communicate well with Spanish-speaking
people, there must be a combination of results-driven language training
with cultural training that allows the student to fully understand the
Hispanic mindset and how to work with Hispanics.
Here are some possible solutions:

Spanish
training designed to get a person to 85% to 90% of a native. This
training is a combination of our Spanish Power Course Materials and
One on One Tutoring. Training may be either by telephone or in person.
By telephone offers a much stronger result!

A
Train the Trainer Program in which we train one or more of your bilingual
people to implement the Spanish training program. If your project
is large enough, this may be something to consider.

Cultural
and Management Training with our "Success with Hispanics"
course. This may be a group seminar, course materials only, or a combination
of both.

Group
class training designed to achieve "basic Spanish skills."

Specialized
Spanish training for specific areas like Construction, Hotel Management,
Landscaping, Restaurant Management, School Teachers and Administrators,
etc. (We write and develop many customized training programs so the
list here is virtually limitless.)

Success
Training for your Hispanic workers. We have courses on succeeding
in the United States and in your company, as well as leadership training
courses for Hispanics.

Pre-employment
screening of Hispanic employees.
These
are all possible solutions. We won't know what exactly meets your needs
until we speak together. You may need an entirely different solution.
