Design Your Training Program. A quality training program will be designed to meet your specific learning and logistical needs. Of course, it will also be designed to allow you to achieve your real goal as defined in Step 1.

In order to help you design a learning program we have provided an "Interactive Program Design" Process for you to complete. It is located in the "quick links" in the right hand column. This process takes 20 minutes.

Here is how the Interactive Program Design Works:

1. You will download a "Program Design Worksheet" and print it out.

2. You will click on an 20 minute audio clip that will have Ricardo González, Founder and Executive Director of Bilingual America, lead you through the Program Design Process.

During the Program Design Process you will receive detailed teaching about course materials, tutoring processes, guarantees, and, of course, time and financial investment information.
