Ricardo González founded Bilingual America in 1992 out of a desire to provide learners with the most cohesive, comprehensive and results-driven Spanish and Cultural training programs on the market today.

Ricardo has been called by many, America's Best Spanish Teacher because of his ability to make language learning a highly successful endeavor for almost all learners.

Ricardo is an expert in the fields of linguistics, language acquisition and communications. In 1982, he was voted as Student of the Year in Greek studies by the American Bible Societies. Ricardo has a degree in theology and communications as well as Masters Level training in counseling.

He has made it his practice to read at least one book weekly for the past 20 years. He frequently consults for large corporations, and is a frequent seminar speaker as well as author of numerous articles on the subjects of Hispanic culture and language acquisition. 

Ricardo is from a Puerto Rican family and his father has 27 brothers and sisters, that's correct, 27!
